SUSTAINABLE FINANCIAL REGULATIONS AND CENTRAL BANK ACTIVITIES
The Sustainable Financial Regulations and Central Bank Activities (‘SUSREG’) Tracker is an interactive online tool developed by WWF to assess how financial regulators, supervisors and central banks integrate climate and broader environmental & social considerations in their practices.
The SUSREG Tracker is part of WWF’s Greening Financial Regulation Initiative, which aims to advocate and engage with policymakers, central banks and financial supervisors on the urgent need to fully integrate these risks in their mandates and operations.
Built on a framework that reflects best practices and developing trends in the regulatory landscape and benefits from WWF’s science-based perspective, the SUSREG Tracker provides a roadmap for central banks, financial supervisors and policymakers to enhance the financial sector’s stability and resilience to growing climate-related and other environmental & social risks, while enabling the mobilization of capital for the transition to a low-carbon, resilient and sustainable economy.
